Indoor Games

The students are engaged in Table Tennis, Carrom Board, Chess, Badminton inside the school campus in allotted physical education period to improve their physical fitness, creativity and critical thinking

Outdoor games

The games that the students play in open air to increase physical stamina and fitness. Volley ball, Throw ball, Hand ball, Kabbadi, Kho-Kho, Football help the students to develop a competitive spirit and a positive attitude.

Yoga and Fitness

Yoga is made compulsory by the Education Department. Through Surya Namaskar, Pranayama, Sitting and standing Aasanas, Jalneti help the students to improve the memory, attention span and flexibility in physical education period.

Sports Day

Our school organises various sports events to wrap up an academic year in an allotted time point with excitement. The day starts with Olympic flame, Welcome speech, Oath taking and National Anthem.

Athletic events enhance with cognitive memory of the students. All the winners are felicitated with trophies, prizes, medals by the Chief guest, Headmaster and Teachers.

Our school lays great emphasis on sports and games. The physical education program forms an integral part of the curriculum and is structured to develop stamina, co - ordination and team spirit. Our students win wards, medals in various competitions. Training is provided to the students to become performers.
